How this mobile games shortlist was built

Sources

We read public Google Play listing pages only. Rating averages, review counts, download bands, content ratings, price models, ad disclosures, and “Updated on” dates come from those cards. Package names identify the listings we re-open on each pass.

Ranking logic

Order is editorial, not a machine score. We weigh listing clarity, update freshness, and how honestly commerce (paid, free, ads, IAP) appears on the card. Bloons TD 6 sits first for the strongest star average on this shelf. Clash of Clans sits second for the largest install counter and a still-fresh update. Jetpack Joyride closes as a short-session arcade title with ads and purchases stated plainly.

What we refuse

We do not invent APK sizes or exact binary versions when Play omits them. We do not host or redistribute app binaries. We are not affiliated with Google, Apple, or the publishers named on the gantry. Store names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Cadence

When the desk re-checks, we update the shared checked date and refresh per-app “Updated on” fields from the live cards. Corrections are welcome via Contact.
